Views differ considerably, when it comes to the issue of eating outside ot at home. Some people like to eat at food stands or restaurants because the dishes are more delicious; however, others prefer to prepare and eat food at home because it is cheaper and healthier. As far as I am concerned, the latter position that eating at home seems the better choice, and the reasons to support my statement will be illustrated in the following paragraphs.

The first reason supporting the statement is that restaurants offer a more comfortable environment to eat and the food there tastes more delicious; however, eating outside would cost much money than eating at home. If a student always eats outside with friends, it would easily make his or her budget tension. Also, the food in the fast food restaurants are usually not healthy and which may cause people to heavier. Obviously, eating at home is cheaper and healthier than restaurants.

The second reason sustaining the statement is that I can prepare the meals which I like when eating at home. Even though the meals made by own self are not delicious like the food in restaurants, it is so interesting when making foods and enjoying the meal with family members together. Family members can talk, make jokes and exchange feelings about current affairs with each other while preparing a meal, which could enhance their relationships. Furthermore, most modern people have more and heavier workloads than before, and sometimes need to do somethings to release their tangible and intangible pressures. In this time, eating at home is one of the best choices.

The last reason depending the statement is that the food in restaurants might not clean and fresh. There are always have news to display the food safety problems of some restaurants. In contrast, I can be sure I am buying the clearest and freshest meats and vegetables when I buy my own groceries. Because of this reason, I am totally think that eating at home is better than eating outside.

To sum up, it is not to say other opinions are completely unreasonable. Nevertheless, I believe that the reasons I have provided above are fully capable of supporting my statement.
