“Ambient scent can be a powerful tool to resist cravings for indulgent foods,” said Dispayan Biswas, a marketing professor at the University of South Florida College of Business.

Biswas led research that found there is a direct connection between how long a person is exposed to indulgent food scents and choosing healthier food.
